Initially we offer a ‘no obligation’ meeting so both client(s) and coach can assess whether the ‘chemistry’ is there for a productive working relationship. The coaching relationship typically consists of 6 – 8 sessions.
The objective is to build relationships based on mutual respect and trust, allowing for honest communication where issues are discussed openly. The outcome is a productive team working in alignment on team goals.
