Our executive coaches provide a confidential, objective, external and professional perspective. We employ a proven methodology to accelerate your progress, and leave you to choose the goals and success measures. Role of executive coach A coach is 100% committed to you achieving your goals. It is rather like having a mentor, manager, personal trainer and sports coach rolled into one. The mentor helps the executive create a big vision, the manager helps set strategies for achieving the goal, the personal trainer helps stretch individual performance, and the sports coach gives feedback on things they see to improve performance. The first session is focused on setting goals. In the second session the coach and executive work together to establish strategies that will enable him or her to reach the goal. Thereafter the executive commits to undertaking certain actions between sessions. These actions are reviewed at each meeting when clients gain valuable insights through the feedback. On occasion the coach may tell you what you don’t want to hear or cause you see what you would rather not see but only in order for you to achieve everything you wanted.
