Typical Programme

A typical executive coaching programme

Helping people and the organisations they work for achieve previously unattainable levels of excellence

Our executive coaching programmes focus on performance and development – improving organisational effectiveness by accelerating the professional and personal growth of individuals within the organisation at senior and director level. It is an opportunity to take time away from business to reflect on leadership aspirations, operating style, performance challenges, and personal goals.

The beneficial outputs of executive coaching can include:

  • Clarity over corporate and personal objectives
  • Removal of personal obstacles
  • Accurate and unbiased assessment of skills, strengths and weaknesses
  • Creating a personal development plan
  • Enhanced management of self and others
  • Peak personal and professional performance
  • Increased productivity
  • Positive attitude to organisational change
  • Higher employee retention

Our executive coaches provide a confidential, objective, external and professional perspective. We employ a proven methodology to accelerate your progress, and leave you to choose the goals and success measures.

Role of executive coach

A coach is 100% committed to you achieving your goals. It is rather like having a mentor, manager, personal trainer and sports coach rolled into one. The mentor helps the executive create a big vision, the manager helps set strategies for achieving the goal, the personal trainer helps stretch individual performance, and the sports coach gives feedback on things they see to improve performance.

The first session is focused on setting goals. In the second session the coach and executive work together to establish strategies that will enable him or her to reach the goal. Thereafter the executive commits to undertaking certain actions between sessions. These actions are reviewed at each meeting when clients gain valuable insights through the feedback. On occasion the coach may tell you what you don’t want to hear or cause you see what you would rather not see but only in order for you to achieve everything you wanted.

The contract
Initially we offer a ‘no obligation’ meeting so both client and coach can assess whether the ‘chemistry’ is there for a productive working relationship . Thereafter, clients normally contract to be coached in blocks of three months, with a month’s notice either way.

Coaching sessions
Coaching takes place at the client’s office or at an alternative venue agreed with the coach. Sessions may be on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Weekly sessions typically last between 30-50 minutes, fortnightly sessions 1-2 hours, and monthly up to half a day.

Fees
Fees are negotiable depending on individual requirements. Whatever your need, contact us for a no-obligation discussion.
