Power Hours are an innovative, flexible coaching solution, providing high quality, confidential support for key personnel.  Each Power Hour is a short focused session, when and where you need it.  It allows you and your key people to put problems into perspective and to generate solutions to pressing issues. 
 
Power Hours provide space for reflection.  Issues are analysed and clarified, options explored, and the most appropriate courses of action identified.  Concerns are discussed in confidence with an independent person uninfluenced by the corporate climate - someone who listens without judgement; challenges assumptions; and acts as an impartial sounding board.  This enables a focused response to opportunities and problems.  Individuals leave sessions focused and reenergised, with a level of clarity that had previously eluded them.
 
Power Hours help key employees work to their full potential.  Experience of the process builds their ability to think more creatively and powerfully in future. 
 
Power Hour coaching is an on-demand facility, supporting people with limited time and demanding schedules.  Individually tailored to meet the needs of your people, the Power Hour offering is customised to work smoothly within your organisation’s culture.  Sessions typically last 60 – 75 minutes, with additional follow-up support by phone, fax or email.  Our ‘clinic’ service on your premises allows us to see up to five people a day.
